We provide high end accommodations for travelers while offering long term occupancy solutions for property owners. Our specialized lease options maximize profit for landlords and meticulously maintain the condition of their investment.

  • As opposed to the traditional tenant, we offer owners the security of having a long term tenant with guarenteed rent payments made through automatic bank drafts monthly.


  • We typically extend our lease agreements for as long as the owner will have us. This eliminates gaps in occupancy, saving the landlord losses in rental income and realtor fees.


  • All apartments managed by SL executive suites are kept in mint condition at all times. Each unit is professionally deep cleaned 2-3 times per week and paint is touched up periodically. Our guests expect a high level accommodation, so we take great care to maintain each property.


  • Our in house maintenance team takes care of minor repairs, saving the owner time and money.

WIll my property be damaged?

We diligently screen all guests to make sure only respectful and responsible guests with positive reviews stay in our apartment homes. This greatly reduces the risk of any damage. Every reservation is also insured up to $1 million dollars. This covers both property damage and personal injury. We also collect a $1,000 deposit per reservation to weed out potentially problem guests.

Who will be allowed to stay in the home?

Most of our guests are families or business travelers. Full names and ID’s are collected for every guest. In addition to screening guests, we require a minimum age of 25 to book one of our units. We take great care to protect your property and our busines.

Will guests disturb neighbors?

All guests must agree to our strict house rules before booking and risk losing their $1000 deposit for non compliance. We have our travelers sign an addendum that prohibits parties or unauthorized visitors, violations resulting in forfeiture of their deposit. Noise monitors are also placed in every unit.
